Martin Luther King, Jr. Recognition Award: 2008-2014

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Recognition Award honors Mines community members who are exceptional in their appreciation for diversity and understanding of its value on the Mines campus.

Recipients are nominated by members of the Mines Community and selected by the MLK Day Planning Committee. The Awardees are announced during the yearly MLK Day breakfast and the individuals are presented with a plaque and a voucher for $500 to be used towards diversity-related professional development.
